Cancellation Policy

We are happy to move or cancel appointments, but we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to attend without notice, or cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, will incur the full fee. However, if an alternative appointment is booked at the time of cancellation, only 50% of the original fee will be charged.

Our goal is to provide every patient with the best possible experience. If you are running late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please note that a late log-in or arrival may result in a shortened session or cancellation, subject to the same fee terms outlined above.

Appointment Terms

Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge. If a cancellation is requested more than 24 hours before the appointment time, a 10% handling fee may apply to cover bank charges.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur the full fee. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule the appointment at that time, in which case a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation or rescheduling fees will be issued as a supplementary invoice and must be paid in full within 15 days of the invoice date.

In the case of extenuating circumstances, you may appeal any cancellation fees by submitting a written request to us. Please allow up to 10 working days for a decision on the outcome of your appeal.

All services and contracts are subject to the law of the United Kingdom. The place of jurisdiction is London, England.
